What do I do if my shirt is misprinted, damaged, or defective?
The first thing to do is get in touch! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the quality of your order, you may return it for a full refund or exchange less shipping charges.
How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?
Although it is very rare, if your shirt is misprinted, damaged, or defective, you have to get in touch within 30 days of receiving it. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
What if I change my mind or my shirt doesn't fit?
Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. If you want to exchange or return a shirt without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered would be handled at your expense by placing a new order. I highly recommend visiting our sizing page which lists the measurements for all of our shirts.
